It’s that time of year again – and no, I’m not talking about abandoned New Year’s resolutions: empty treadmills at the gym, or dry January turned wet. I’m talking about award season in the creative industry, where agencies and clients unite to celebrate the year’s most impressive work.
Now, don’t get me wrong – awards aren’t everything. The real victory lies in creating something that moves people to action. Whether it’s through strategy, digital experiences, campaigns, or multimedia content, success means inspiring customers to choose your brand. It’s about crafting stories that forge emotional connections, elevating your brand above the noise, and delivering messages that truly resonate.
But let’s be honest – winning awards is pretty sweet too.
At Fifteen4, we’re particularly proud this year. We’ve submitted a diverse portfolio of client collaborations spanning our entire service spectrum to the American Advertising Federation – from brand strategy and messaging to visual design, web development, UX, and multimedia production, namely film and animation. It’s exciting to showcase the phenomenal work we’ve created and highlight the powerful partnerships that made it all possible.
Award season offers a valuable moment for reflection. It’s a chance to look back at which projects truly moved the needle and held special meaning for our team of passionate creatives – professionals who’ve dedicated their careers to crafting excellence.
Take our collaboration with F5 and Trevor Noah for the Black Leaders in Tech event. The opening animation we created won Best of Show, proving that B2B marketing – especially in Tech, SaaS, Finance, and Healthcare – can absolutely stir emotions and create meaningful impact.
But here’s what really gets us excited: seeing our clients succeed. When our partners at CRS reached out to share their AMA MX Awards win for our brand awareness campaign, we couldn’t have been prouder. The suite of emotionally compelling videos we created generated staggering results: 1.3 million views, subscriber growth from 15,000 to 59,000, and over 49,000 new subscriptions. For a non-profit relying on global stakeholder support, these numbers are transformative. Here, take a look.
As award season unfolds, we’re reminded that the true reward isn’t just in winning—it’s in the craft, the collaboration, and the impact our work creates. Recognition is an honor, but what matters most is the meaningful stories we tell and the connections we forge along the way.
That said, winning countless (or, more than we care to count anyway) ADDY, AMA, and Telly as an agency reminds us why we push creative boundaries. It validates the work we do with our clients and energizes us to keep raising the bar. And perhaps the best part? Seeing our clients celebrate these wins with us, knowing their vision is making waves.
So here’s to award season—let’s celebrate the creativity that moves us all forward!
