Late last night (Monday, November 10, 2025), the Hampden building we share, affectionately known within the community as The Castle, experienced a 3-alarm fire. We’re extremely grateful to report that our entire team is safe, no injuries were reported, and our critical assets will be recovered. Our hearts go out to our neighboring tenants who experienced greater loss.
We also want to reassure our clients, partners, and collaborators that our operations remain fully intact and uninterrupted. Our teams work hybrid by design, and we are continuing all projects, proposals, and meetings as scheduled.
Since last night, we’ve been touched by the outpouring of messages from friends, clients, and fellow creatives across Baltimore and beyond. Your thoughtfulness means more than we can say. Baltimore’s creative community has always been tightly knit, and moments like this highlight just how strong that network truly is.
We’d also like to extend our appreciation to the first responders who acted quickly and professionally to control the situation. Their work ensured the safety of everyone involved.
While the next steps for the building are being evaluated, nothing changes for our clients or partners. Our focus remains on delivering the same level of creativity, strategy, and service you expect from us.
