The Traffic Control Manager is an organized multi-tasker with a strong understanding of project systems and workflow management. You serve as the agency traffic lead, helping to manage resources and creative staff project allocation.
At a high level, this position involves monitoring the over-arching agency workflow of creative staff and schedules. On a tactical level this includes helping to determine bandwidth assessment, viable project scheduling, and team assignment. You will be responsible for managing and leading agency workflow meetings, helping to determine team allocation and or, bandwidth openings or conflicts.
Serve as the controller for the agency workflow process including working with client leads to determine viable scheduling; striking a balance in order to meet both client and agency needs. This includes but is not limited to scheduling for complex integrated marketing campaigns.
Prioritize and manage workflow scheduling of Fifteen4’s project roster, while paying strong attention to detail.
Create and follow company process and efficiencies in schedules, staff allocation and traffic control.
Work with the VP of Account & Business Operations to access the current workflow and project management systems, in order to create new proficiencies with the longer-term goal of establishing new workflow systems (including the utilization of upgraded project management tools and technologies).
Gain a thorough understanding of Fifteen4’s systems and procedures in order to support rapid management of the agency workflow process.
Troubleshoot process or system related questions with internal creative team leads and client relationship owner.
Work with VP of Account & Business Operations to assess bandwidth for the onboarding of new client, determining feasible timeframes for work commencement and completion.
Effectively setup new accounts and Fifteen4 staff, run and maintain workspaces, adding and training new team members to systems
Where needed, serve as quality control on assigned jobs to help support the account team in work review.
When bandwidth permits, provide additional project support to the accounts team as identified with VP of Account & Business Operations.
1+ years of project management and/or agency experience
Demonstrated ability to document and flowchart complex processes
Experience supporting complex project workflow and systems
Experience using project management/workflow tools such as Trello and Team Gantt
Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, and the ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
Superior attention to detail and results oriented
Strong problem resolution, and communication skills
Get it done attitude with the willingness to serve Fifteen4 where skill and needs align
Bachelor’s in marketing, business or a related field
PMP certification is a plus!
